Description
Castrol Iloform™ CFX 300 is a premium, high viscosity neat forming oil. It is based on a novel high performance, extreme
pressure and lubricity additive package that provides excellent performance without the use of chlorinated additives.
Application
Iloform CFX 300 is designed to be used as a metal deformation lubricant for ferrous materials.
The product is particularly recommended for use in heavy duty deep drawing operations on high alloy steel and stainless
steel up to 8 mm metal sheet thickness.
Iloform CFX 300 is also well suited for a wide variety of other forming applications, including demanding bar and tube
drawing processes.
Iloform CFX 300 is designed to be used as received.

User Advice
Iloform CFX 300 can be removed using alkaline process cleaners, also available from Castrol Industrial.
Iloform CFX 300 is not recommended for use on yellow metals.
Storage
All packages should be stored under cover. Where outside storage is unavoidable drums should be laid horizontally to
avoid the possible ingress of water and the obliteration of drum markings.
Products should not be stored above 40°C, exposed to hot sun or freezing conditions.
